    Based on your culture and what you are eating already, we modify the protein, carbs, vegetables, and fats in simple terms. No complicated recipes. Change at your own pace. Dramatic results are possible.

  • Manage Calories without Tracking

    Calories matter! I teach a hybrid system of mindful eating (also known as appetite awareness) combined with simple rules that help us eat the right amount of food. No weighing anything or having to track with an app. Clients are shocked at how well this works! (Sometimes clients choose to count macros and I help with that too.)

  • Treat Strategy

    No such thing as a Cheat Meal. Instead I say “treats” because it’s all part of the system. I help clients understand the emotional, behavioural, and metabolic nuances so they can enjoy treats and still get great results.

    Not just for athletes! Everyone has to know what to eat and drink before, during, and after exercise for optimal results!

  • Supplement Routine

    Most people need a few supplements. Honestly, they can be a huge game-changer. I can back up my recommendations with research and you can buy them from anywhere (I don’t own a supplement brand)
