  • Simple Meal Templates

    Protein, Carbs, Vegetables, Fats in simple terms that can fit any cuisine. No complicated recipes. Just modifying and improving on what you already eat.

  • Manage Calories without Tracking

    I teach a hybrid system of mindful eating (also known as appetite awareness) combined with some simple guidelines that help us eat the right amount of food for our goals, without weighing anything or having to track with an app. Clients are shocked at how well this works!

  • Treat Strategy

    No such thing as a Cheat Meal. Instead I say “treats” because it’s all part of the plan. Yes there has to be balance but I help clients get more out of their treats, understand cravings better, and reduce emotional eating.

  • Sports Nutrition

    Not just for athletes! Everyone has to know what to eat and drink before, during, and after exercise for optimal results!

  • Supplement Routine

    Only a few supplements are mandatory. That is, unless your nutrition is lacking, then more can be needed. i can back up my recommendations with research and you can buy them from anywhere (I don’t have a supplement brand)

  • Motivation and Behaviour Change

    You will chose me as a coach if you want lasting behaviour change around your eating and exercise. Look around. All fitness and eating comes down to motivation, behaviour, habits, etc, and this is why I spend most of my professional development in this area: so you can win this thing long-term.
