I have a comprehensive assessment process that lets us get to know each other before we begin.
Step 2. Book a Strategy Session. You will complete assessment forms, and book directly into my schedule. Do this from my booking page.
Step 3. We conduct the Strategy Session, meeting in person or over the phone, to discuss your goals. You can ask me about my programs and experience, etc.
Step 4. I propose a plan, in writing. If you don’t like it, we change it until it works for you.
Step 5. If we agree to terms, we can start immediately! If we decide not to work together, I provide you with a complimentary workout program and some free nutrition advice.
