How do we get started?

We assess, propose a program/package, and then start coaching. Here is more info.

Step 1. Contact us. Email, call, or text 416.459.9956. Tell us your story. Ask questions.

Or go straight to Step 2. Book a Strategy Session. This is an assessment and a chance for you to get to know us better. You will complete assessment forms online, and book directly into our schedule. You can book this here www.kylebyronnutrition.com/book

Step 3. We conduct the Strategy Session, in person or over the phone, to discuss your goals. You can ask me about our programs and experience, etc.

Step 4. We propose a coaching plan, based on your goals and budget.

Step 5. We start the coaching process!

Can I use my health benefits?

You can likely use your extended health benefits with Renita, since she is a Registered Dietitian. We’ve never seen a claim denied with her. Meanwhile, in working with Kyle, who has a BSc in Nutrition, and some industry certifications, only some providers cover his services. Our services are paid in advance and then you can claim the receipts with your benefits provider. Kyle and Renita are very similar in their knowledge and coaching styles.

Can I get a meal plan?

Not in the sense that I put you on a diet (because that won’t work). Instead I’ll teach you how to eat for your goals, based on where you are now. The concepts I teach you will last for the rest of your life.

What do we do in a nutrition session?
  • I reassess you.
  • I listen.
  • We measure body composition.
  • I recommend the things you need to do to get immediate results.
  • I teach you new concepts, hacks, and skills
  • I help you break bad habits.

Types of Sessions:


  • Private room
  • Usually I measure body composition in some way
  • I assess your progress
  • I teach you new nutrition and fitness concepts

Phone or Video sessions:

Same as a clinic/office sessions except I can’t measure your body composition.

Email sessions

  • We agree on a date where you are going to email me to check in
  • You submit your report which usually includes a food journal
  • I treat your email as urgent
  • The rest is the same. I teach you concepts and help you succeed
How much does it cost to work with you?

Costs vary because I hand-craft programs for each client.

Costs can be as low as $100 to $200 per month. Cost is determined by frequency of contact with me. If a client desires a lot of contact and support, costs are higher. More support however is not always necessary.

I can be more specific once I’ve assessed you and we’ve gotten to know each other.

Most of my clients are pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost, especially compared to big box gyms who will always recommend thousands of dollars in training, (which, by the way, won’t help you long term or maybe not even short term).

You will have input into who you work with, and what kind of coaching features are built into your program. Kyle is the senior member of the team and oversees all cases from an arms-length, offering insight where needed.
