How do we get started?

Step 1. Contact us. Email, call, or text 416.459.9956. Tell us your story. Ask questions.

Or go straight to Step 2. Book a Strategy Session. This is an assessment and a chance for you to get to know us better. You will complete assessment forms online, and book directly into our schedule. You can book this here www.kylebyronnutrition.com/book

Step 3. We conduct the Strategy Session, which is an assessment and chance to get to know your coach.

Step 4. We propose a coaching plan, based on your goals and budget.

Step 5. We start the coaching process!

Can I use my health benefits?

You can likely use your extended health benefits with Renita, since she is a Registered Dietitian. We’ve never seen a claim denied with her. Meanwhile, in working with Kyle, who has a BSc in Nutrition, and some industry certifications, only some providers cover his services. Our services are paid in advance and then you can claim the receipts with your benefits provider. Kyle and Renita are very similar in their knowledge and coaching styles.

Can I get a meal plan?

Yes in the sense that we teach you how to eat. Meal plans can be appropriate in special cases like an athlete trying to lose weight for a competition, or someone doing a dietary experiment. But if you are trying to lose weight and keep it off, a meal plan isn’t a recipe for success. The concepts we teach you will last for the rest of your life.

What do we do in a nutrition session?

Sessions start off with “How are things going?” and we reassess you. We listen and figure out what’s the most effective next step.

  • In the office, we measure body composition.
  • We recommend what you need to do, and if you don’t like that idea, we try something else
  • We teach you new concepts, hacks, and skills
  • We help you break bad habits
  • You set specific goals
  • We book our next session
  • You receive a report (session notes)
How much does it cost to work with you?

Costs vary because we customize our programs based on your goals and budget.

Costs can be as low as $100 per month which can include nutrition sessions, exercise programs, social media group support, and more. Costs are determined by frequency of contact with us. If a client desires a lot of contact and support, costs are higher. More support however is not always necessary.
