First visit with us? Most clients start with a “Strategy Session”. This includes an assessment, goal setting, we answer any questions you have; and then we set expectations for what you need to do to achieve your goals, how long it will take, and the costs. Then we put all that in writing (a proposal).
Some clients work with us for two months; some for two years. Everyone has different needs and therefore we offer different programs and nutrition methods. Sessions can be weekly or monthly.
