In years gone by, Kyle was pretty serious about rugby. Then it was Jiu-Jitsu where he experimented with weight cuts similar to that of MMA fighters (competing at 170 lbs and 198 lbs). Then there was the time he was runner-up to be the nutritionist for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Kyle knows sports nutrition.
We also have Kalliopi on our team who is a Registered Dietitian and played basketball for her select team in Athens. She offers sports nutrition as part of her practice, specializing in endurance athletes and body composition and nutrient optimization for all athletes.
