Covid 19 – Kyle is working virtually. Renita is offering virtual coaching and office sessions (standard protective measures are in place).

We have been utilizing virtual/online coaching for years. It is just as effective as coaching in person.

Working with us is like having a personal coach for your eating. Everything is customized to you. You can reach your goals with a variety of systems like counting macros, eating intuitively, the paleo diet, vegan, etc.  We can help with elimination diets, and more. Whatever you goals, there is a nutrition plan for you.

We can help you with exercise by providing programs, schedules, or how to optimize your group training experience for your specific goals and body type. We also offer cooking classes for groups and individuals.

  • Overcoming obesity usually involves input from a variety of health professionals like myself, trainers, physiotherapists, and so on. I have built a great team for you.
