Our Nutrition Coaching Philosophy

Customized Nutrition Coaching to Help You Eat Right for Your Goals

Our typical clients are tired of general advice from apps or books, and want customized nutrition coaching.

Costs range from $125 to $350 a month based on usage.

Covid 19 – We do not have an office at this time, but we are hoping to open one in late 2021 or early 2022. We are currently offering virtual coaching which has received the same positive feedback as our in-person services.

We have been utilizing virtual/online coaching for years. It is just as effective as coaching in person.

Working with us is like having a personal coach for your eating. Everything is customized to you. You can reach your goals with a variety of systems like counting macros, eating intuitively, the paleo diet, vegan, etc.  We can help with elimination diets, and more. Whatever you goals, there is a nutrition plan for you.

We can help you with exercise by providing programs, schedules, or how to optimize your group training experience for your specific goals and body type. We also offer cooking classes for groups and individuals.

We’ve worked with all types of clients, from all walks of life: from single professionals, to moms and dads, dancers with the National Ballet, cage fighters, kids, people trying to gain weight, lose weight, maintain weight; people suffering from IBS, disordered eating, food intolerances, joint pain, heart disease, and more.

Obesity Treatment

 

  • Obesity is complex. Some things are under your control, and some things are not. There is a lot of misinformation out there.
  • We have long-term solutions that did not exist 5-10 years ago.
  • Solutions are comprehensive and address eating, exercise, mindfulness, social support, cooking, cognitive support, and more.
  • Overcoming obesity usually involves input from a variety of health professionals like myself, trainers, physiotherapists, and so on. I have built a great team for you.
  • My goal is to help you feel great, the scale does not define your success. You do.
