Customized Nutrition Coaching to Help You Eat Right for Your Goals

We got into coaching because we get personal satisfaction and meaning out of seeing clients grow and succeed. 

 

Our goal is for every client that they have a transformational experience. We listen, customize, take feedback, adapt, follow up…. whatever it takes.    

 

 

We will:

 

  • Customize our advice to your current nutrition level and learning style
  • Teach you what to eat (of course)
  • Help you stay motivated, and even check on you if we feel you need it
  • Teach you how to sustain your new eating habits
  • Help you between sessions if you need
  • Utilize other members of our team if required

Most clients go through two phases.

 

In Phase One you learning a lot and making many changes. We have a lot of sessions to get you up to speed.

 

Once you get the hang of things, we enter Phase Two. You’re not quite to your goal yet, but it’s going well. We do less sessions, shorter sessions, cost is less per month, and you’re still in a formal coaching program.

 

Typical clients spend an average of about $250 a month, where the first few months are more expensive, and the last few months might only cost $100 per month.  Those who require exercise coaching or personal training will spend more. Check your benefits to see if you have coverage for our Registered Dietitians. In your Assessment, we figure out who is the best coach for you and what your costs will be (with your input).

  • Obesity is complex. Some things are under your control, and some things are not. There is a lot of misinformation out there.
  • We have long-term solutions that did not exist 5-10 years ago.
  • Nutrition Counselling is comprehensive and addresses eating, exercise, mindfulness, social support, cooking, cognitive support, and more.
  • Overcoming obesity usually involves input from a variety of health professionals like nutritionists, trainers, physiotherapists, and so on. I have built a great team for you.
  • My goal is to help you feel great, the scale does not define your success. You do.
