We got into coaching because we love the feeling of our clients succeeding.
Our goal is for every client to have a transformational experience. So we listen before advising, customize everything to the client, take feedback, continually adapt the process, follow up when clients go silent, and ultimately do whatever it takes for clients to succeed.

- Help you stay motivated, and even check on you if we feel you need it
- Teach you how to sustain your new eating habits
- Help you between sessions if you need

Most clients go through two phases.
In Phase One you learning a lot and making many changes. We have a lot of sessions to get you up to speed.
Once you get the hang of things, we enter Phase Two. You’re not quite to your goal yet, but it’s going well. We do less sessions, shorter sessions, cost is less per month, and you’re still in a formal coaching program.
Typical clients spend an average of about $250 a month, where the first few months might be more expensive, and the last few months might only cost $100 per month. Those who require exercise coaching or personal training will spend more. In your Assessment, we figure out who is the best coach for you and what your costs will be (with your input).
