As a recent Kinesiology graduate from Guelph Humber and a former member of the Humber Hawks strength and conditioning team, I’ve spent years mastering the science behind movement, performance, and recovery.

My journey has taken me through the worlds of physiotherapy, personal training, and elite-level strength and conditioning. Whether it’s applying cutting-edge techniques as a physiotherapy assistant or helping athletes push beyond their limits, I’ve developed a deep skillset in optimizing human performance.

I’m currently pursuing my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, because I believe in continually expanding my expertise to help people achieve their best selves. At Fuel, I’m here to help you unlock your full potential, whether that’s building strength, overcoming injuries, or simply moving and feeling better every day.

Oh, and just to keep things fun—I’ve been training my vertical jump for years and hit a high of 37 inches. (But you’ll have to see it to believe it.)
