Food is amazing. It brings people together. It is our health. Mastering food is a skill. Proper nutrition can make us lean, energetic, and healthy. Poor nutrition can literally kill us, and along the way, it makes us obese, tired, and sore. If it were easy to eat well, there would not be an obesity epidemic. It’s not because people are lazy. Eating is complicated to the un-informed. I make it simple and you get better.

Working with me is like having a personal coach for your eating. It’s like a university course, where the curriculum is customized for you and your goals. If any emotional or motivational issues come up, I’ll help you with them.



And it’s like having a personal trainer, since I literally teach people to exercise (or teach athletes how to train better). And if you want to learn how to cook, we can do that too.

I assess all potential clients for free. Working with me can cost as low as $150 per month. It all depends on how much help you need. My goal is to work with clients of any budget.
