Food is amazing. It brings people together. It is emotion. It is our health. Mastering food is a skill. Proper nutrition can make us lean, energetic, and healthy. Poor nutrition can literally kill us, and along the way, it makes us obese, tired, and sore. If it were easy to manage eating, there wouldn’t be an obesity epidemic.
