In our sessions, I will teach you these skills. If you already know that stuff, we’ll skip it and move on to advanced topics.

 

I will teach you how to eat! No more diets or meal plans. You don’t need those and they don’t work anyways.

Working with me is like having a personal coach for your eating. Everything is customized to you. We can count macros, go paleo, or vegan. We can do elimination diets, and more. Whatever you need to fix, there is a nutrition plan for you.

I will also help you exercise properly, and I offer cooking classes for individuals and groups.

I assess all potential clients for free. Working with me can cost as low as $50 per month. It all depends on how much help you need.

  • Obesity is complex and is not necessarily due to your behaviour or choices. There is a lot of misinformation out there.
  • We have long term solutions that did not exist 5-10 years ago.
  • Solutions are comprehensive: eating, exercise, mindfulness, social support, cooking, cognitive support, and more.
  • Overcoming obesity usually involves input from a variety of health professionals like myself, trainers, physiotherapists, and so on. I have built a great team for you.
