I have been working out for about six years and have really committed to a strict regiment of weight training, three to five days a week! I enjoy the challenge but dread hitting that unbearable “plateau” that we all eventually encounter. I was plateauing for so long when my co-worker referred me to Kyle – I knew I was lacking in my nutrition knowledge. Within a month of seeing Kyle I was back to wearing the jeans I haven’t worn in four years (yay!), but that is only half the victory. The most important thing that I have learned is how to manipulate food and use it to my advantage. I know what to eat, and most importantly WHY and WHEN in order to get the results I want, not the results my body will produce on its own. Stuffed mushrooms with cheese? Chocolate-covered strawberries? Pasta with garlic infused olive oil and shrimp? No problem to all of the above! Gaining weight from food doesn’t stand a chance anymore. Knowledge is power, and as I go through the different phases of life I will know how to customize my nutrition to change along with it, remain healthy and strong, and still be able to do to ball crawls with at least ten pound weights. I was selected for a physically demanding position in law enforcement, but I had to pass a multi-faceted fitness test that was two weeks away! Kyle designed a step by step program specifically for me.
